In the ’80s, serious runners set the pace in ZX running shoes that featured a high-tech design based on biomechanics research. These streetwear shoes remake the retro style with today’s latest technology. They combine a mesh and suede upper with modern cushioning for a lightweight and energised feel. The shoe—a modernized take on the classic adidas ZX500— features a light grey upper with grey suede overlays arriving on the toe, heel, and lacing system. A classic grey three stripes graphic adorns both the lateral and medial midfoot, and a bright pop of color arrives via a red leather heel piece and a red leather patch with white adidas Trefoil branding on the tongue.
